Our Lightweight Underload Training Bat is designed with a standard game profile but built at -9 weight, allowing hitters to move the barrel faster than their gamer while maintaining proper mechanics. The lighter load activates fast-twitch muscle fibers, sharpens sequencing, and trains the nervous system to operate at higher speeds.
