Our tensioning cuffs are available for all single or multiple cage modular installations and come in team colors. You can even add your team name or logo to the cuffs for a personalized, team-branded touch.
Our cuffs are available in sets for single (4 included) or double (6 included) batting cages, allowing you to customize your cage's strength and durability to your specific needs.

Warranty & Returns
- WARRANTIES. Seller warrants that Goods supplied shall conform to the description stated in the Sales Order and shall be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty shall be effective for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the Goods to Buyer. Seller disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Purely as an accommodation to Buyer, Seller may refer or suggest third parties for Buyer to independently hire and install the Goods (each such third party being an “Installer”). Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims all liability and disclaims and excludes any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or workmanship as to any construction means and methods or any other services performed by any Installer.
- REMEDIES. In the event that Buyer is in default or otherwise breaches this Agreement, Seller shall be entitled to pursue any and all remedies, legal or equitable including an action to recover the total Price, as well as its costs of enforcing the Sales Order, including, without limitation, its attorneys’ fees. If Buyer alleges Seller to be in default under Section 1 hereof, Buyer shall give written notice to Seller stating the same and Seller shall repair or replace the defective or non-conforming Goods within a reasonable time period, which shall be Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for such breach.
Return & Refund (Before Order Ships)
Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Orders are considered to be shipped when you receive shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking information along with carrier.

Please include your order #, Your Name, Email, Phone. A representative will confirm your cancellation by email along with processing your refund. Refunds can take up to 5 -7 business days to process.

Return & Refund (AFTER ORDER SHIPS)
Any new and unused product can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Returns that are not related to any warranty claim will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus Return Shipping Costs.

Please include your order #, Your Name, Email, Phone and reason for returning. A representative will provide you with shipping details to return the item. Once item is returned you will receive a refund minus the 25% restocking fee.

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
