Warranty & Returns
Warranty
Each product is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that begins on the original date of purchase.
- Please note, This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
Products shipped outside the US through freight forwarder are not eligible for return or warranty. Violation of this policy will void your eligibility for returning products or submitting warranty claims for any products purchased.

Once you have submitted your form, please allow 2-3 business days for us to review your claim and provide a response. We ask that you please do not ship your defective product(s) back before you receive a Return Authorization Number..

Limited Warranty
The 100% limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from 100percent.com or the authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, 100% finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
SCRATCHED LENSES
The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under 100%’s limited warranty policy.
HELMET CRASH DAMAGE
DAMAGE TO THE HELMET AFTER AN IMPACT IS NOT A SIGN OF ANY DEFECT IN THE HELMET DESIGN OR CONSTRUCTION. IT IS THE RESULT OF THE HELMET DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT IS INTENDED TO DO – MANAGE IMPACT ENERGY.
We understand accidents happen. If you were in an accident and your helmet sustained an impact, please contact 100% directly to get more information about our Helmet Crash Replacement policy.
THE OBLIGATIONS OF 100% HEREUNDER ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS OF THE PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL 100% BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIME, WAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OF ANY NATURE OR KIND OR FOR DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. In addition, 100% reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its products and parts including making substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond 100%’s control. This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF 100% WITH REGARD TO 100% PRODUCTS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE. Specific rights might vary by state or other jurisdiction so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of 100% with regard to the 100% products. This Limited Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of any 100% products or parts. NO representation or warranty made by any 100% salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon 100% other than as set forth herein

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return email to sales@thebaseballhome.com or call us at 855-550-0828.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories.
- Products must be received within 30 calendar days from the date you received it
- Products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization issued by customer service.
- Products shipped outside the US through freight forwarders are not eligible for return and warranty is voided.
Products that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse discretion returns where multiple styles and sizes have been purchased.
Final Sale All sales are final on closeout or discontinued products. These select items are labelled as Final Sale on the product detail page, and are not eligible for return.
Once you have completed the required information a prepaid return shipping label is provided. One will be emailed to you if your request is handled through customer service.
Please ensure all returned products are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Under our Returns & Exchange Policy we offer the following options:
- Refund to the original payment method with a $10 restocking fee applied.
- Exchange for an alternative product that is identically priced.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange
Once your return is approved, your exchange order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order and tracking will be provided once shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy if you have any questions.
Store Credit
Once your return is approved, a gift card for the full value of the returned item(s) will be issued to the email address provided at checkout.
