Shipping Times: We're a small business and wear a lot of (baseball) hats, but stock grill tools, cutting board, and hat orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Exact delivery time will depend on the method of shipping chosen at checkout.
Return & Refund (Before Order Ships)
Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Orders are considered to be shipped when you receive shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking information along with carrier.

Any new and unused product can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Returns that are not related to any warranty claim will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus Return Shipping Costs.
