We can enhance your frame with medallions depicting your team's logo. You can include a single medallion centered below your photo; if you select the nameplate option, you can add two medallions (one on either side of the nameplate).

Please also indicate in the Special Instructions space. Nameplate will be silver or gold depending on color and/or medallion match.

Return & Refund (Before Order Ships)
Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Orders are considered to be shipped when you receive shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking information along with carrier.

Please include your order #, Your Name, Email, Phone. A representative will confirm your cancellation by email along with processing your refund. Refunds can take up to 5 -7 business days to process.

Any new and unused product can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Returns that are not related to any warranty claim will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus Return Shipping Costs.
