Warranty & Returns
You may return a purchased item within 30 days of your delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange though you may be eligible for store credit, to discuss your situation submit a request here: Info@TheBaseballHome.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly used where it still looks new, so don't add stickers to the machine until you know you are going to keep it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, contact The Baseball Home to submit Return Form. Be sure to include all order information so we can retrieve your order details in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here: Info@TheBaseballHome.com However, if you decide you would like to replace a broken MaxBP machine or upgrade to a better model, you may purchase our Upgrade/Fix product.

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product.
