Order this custom frame kit in your favorite team's colors. Add a custom nameplate and/or team logo medallions to give your frame a signature look. These frames can be used for horizontal or vertical photographs. Please see samples for details.
Add a nameplate
We can customize your photo with a commemorative nameplate. Please enter your custom nameplate text in the Special Instructions space on the next page (after you have clicked "Add to Cart"). Please also indicate in the Special Instructions space whether your photo is horizontal or vertical so the nameplate can be properly placed. Nameplate will be silver or gold depending on color match.
Add team medallions
We can enhance your frame with medallions depicting your team's logo. Selecting this option without a nameplate will place a single team medallion beneath the photo. Selecting this option with a nameplate will place a medallion on each side on the nameplate. Please indicate in the Special Instructions space on the next page whether your photo is horizontal or vertical so the medallion(s) can be properly placed.

Return & Refund (Before Order Ships)
Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Orders are considered to be shipped when you receive shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking information along with carrier.

Please include your order #, Your Name, Email, Phone. A representative will confirm your cancellation by email along with processing your refund. Refunds can take up to 5 -7 business days to process.
