Warranty & Returns
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of receipt of purchase date.
- Please send email to sales@thebaseballhome.com to request a refund.
- Mail your returned item to: Tee Claw Sports Inc. Attention Returns Department 677 N. Washington Blvd, Ste O-34 Sarasota, FL 34236
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Exceptions
Product that has been worn, used improperly per Tee Claw guidelines, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Damage to product caused by user error, improper usage, and not following the recommended suggested usage per Tee Claw, will not qualify for a refund.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Orders are considered to be shipped when you receive shipment notification via email. This will include your tracking information along with carrier.
To process a cancelation prior to receiving shipping notification send an email to Returns@Thebaseballhome.com or call us at 855-550-0828
Please include your order #, Your Name, Email, Phone. A representative will confirm your cancellation by email along with processing your refund. Refunds can take up to 5 -7 business days to process.

Any new and unused product can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Returns that are not related to any warranty claim will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus Return Shipping Costs.

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product.
